The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.43 per cent at Rs 606.55 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 662.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.46 per cent to Rs 591.00 crore from Rs 645.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 35.53 per cent at Rs 6.98 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 5.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 35.97 per cent to Rs 22.83 crore as against Rs 16.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 48.03 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 42.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 17.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 34.52 per cent at Rs 2.03 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.10 crore).
