The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.02 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 94.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 26.09 per cent at Rs 38.99 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.25 per cent to Rs 35.44 crore from Rs 47.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 82.35 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 33.52 per cent to Rs 3.55 crore as against Rs 5.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.79 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 22.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.44 crore, while Taxation decreased by 91.67 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.72 crore).
