The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.19 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.41 per cent at Rs 48.35 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 46.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.67 per cent to Rs 38.91 crore from Rs 38.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 98.72 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.37 per cent to Rs 9.45 crore as against Rs 7.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.07 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 244.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 63.70 per cent at Rs 2.39 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.46 crore).
