The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 38.62 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.68 per cent at Rs 29.53 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.12 per cent to Rs 24.85 crore from Rs 24.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 92.31 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 63.29 per cent to Rs 4.67 crore as against Rs 2.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 53.09 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 13.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.42 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
