The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.13 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 40.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.02 per cent at Rs 37.30 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 47.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.98 per cent to Rs 31.84 crore from Rs 39.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 26.87 per cent at Rs 0.85 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.67 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 26.61 per cent to Rs 5.46 crore as against Rs 7.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.05 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 50.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 49.66 per cent at Rs 0.75 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.49 crore).
