The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.67 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.59 per cent at Rs 47.22 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 51.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.87 per cent to Rs 45.88 crore from Rs 48.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 37.50 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 54.45 per cent to Rs 1.33 crore as against Rs 2.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 50.09 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 300.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 102.41 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.83 crore).
