The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.84 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 49.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.97 per cent at Rs 109.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 98.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.08 per cent to Rs 105.37 crore from Rs 95.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 38.91 per cent at Rs 3.32 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.31 per cent to Rs 4.26 crore as against Rs 3.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 24.68 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 13.14 per cent at Rs 1.55 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.37 crore).
