The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.57 per cent at Rs 130.60 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 127.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.79 per cent to Rs 119.63 crore from Rs 116.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 57.95 per cent at Rs 1.39 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.88 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.09 per cent to Rs 10.96 crore as against Rs 10.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.44 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 66.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.46 per cent at Rs 1.35 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.37 crore).
