The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.69 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 32.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 58.64 per cent at Rs 14.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 61.48 per cent to Rs 13.71 crore from Rs 8.49 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 67.74 per cent to Rs 1.56 crore as against Rs 0.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.45 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 24.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.12 crore).
