The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.53 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 24.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.97 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.12 per cent at Rs 142.69 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 133.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.23 per cent to Rs 125.95 crore from Rs 116.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.48 per cent at Rs 16.40 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 14.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.53 per cent to Rs 16.74 crore as against Rs 16.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.20 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 59.81 per cent at Rs 6.68 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.18 crore).
