The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.55 per cent at Rs 39.77 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.12 per cent to Rs 32.58 crore from Rs 25.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2657.14 per cent at Rs 1.93 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.60 per cent to Rs 7.19 crore as against Rs 6.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.38 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 12.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 2233.33 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.03 crore).
