The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.71 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 115.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 58.38 per cent at Rs 82.74 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 46.02 per cent to Rs 60.67 crore from Rs 41.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 30.77 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 106.45 per cent to Rs 22.07 crore as against Rs 10.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.40 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 118.70 per cent at Rs 5.38 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.46 crore).
