The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 56.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.11 per cent at Rs 134.40 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 137.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.95 per cent to Rs 135.08 crore from Rs 129.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 587.13 per cent at Rs 11.75 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 109.25 per cent to Rs -0.68 crore as against Rs 7.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 109.35 per cent in September quarter.
