The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 341.86 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 307.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.71 per cent at Rs 1,145.99 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,064.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.33 per cent to Rs 741.72 crore from Rs 691.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.93 per cent at Rs 62.73 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 59.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.40 per cent to Rs 404.27 crore as against Rs 372.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.66 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 42.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.92 per cent at Rs 115.13 crore (Sep'24 Rs 108.70 crore).
