The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.00 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 75.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.43 per cent at Rs 13.01 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.38 per cent to Rs 10.38 crore from Rs 10.97 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 91.97 per cent to Rs 2.63 crore as against Rs 1.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 82.48 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 81.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.29 crore, while Taxation decreased by 6.90 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.29 crore).
