The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.61 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 29.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 147.22 per cent at Rs 14.66 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 162.48 per cent to Rs 13.57 crore from Rs 5.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 333.33 per cent at Rs -0.07 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 45.33 per cent to Rs 1.09 crore as against Rs 0.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.31 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.00 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.15 crore).
