The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.36 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 46.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.31 per cent at Rs 126.84 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 114.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.14 per cent to Rs 120.89 crore from Rs 109.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1700.00 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs -0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.18 per cent to Rs 5.96 crore as against Rs 5.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.52 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 17.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.17 crore, while Taxation decreased by 20.00 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.65 crore).
