The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 46.56 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 45.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.83 per cent at Rs 511.35 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 502.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.83 per cent to Rs 443.84 crore from Rs 435.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 590.07 per cent at Rs 9.73 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.79 per cent to Rs 67.50 crore as against Rs 66.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 165.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.46 crore, while Taxation increased by 4.47 per cent at Rs 16.12 crore (Sep'24 Rs 15.43 crore).
