The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.81 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 40.57 per cent at Rs 1.49 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 79.31 per cent to Rs 0.52 crore from Rs 0.29 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 27.27 per cent to Rs 0.98 crore as against Rs 0.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.72 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation decreased by 77.78 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.09 crore).
