The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.23 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 73.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.05 per cent at Rs 33.40 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.42 per cent to Rs 32.65 crore from Rs 29.57 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 53.99 per cent to Rs 0.75 crore as against Rs 1.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 57.09 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 80.65 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.31 crore).
