The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.47 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 145.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.85 per cent at Rs 102.40 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 86.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.00 per cent to Rs 90.94 crore from Rs 81.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 131.05 per cent to Rs 11.46 crore as against Rs 4.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 95.97 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 94.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 144.83 per cent at Rs 2.84 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.16 crore).
