The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.93 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 26.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 26.12 per cent at Rs 272.95 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 369.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.40 per cent to Rs 248.69 crore from Rs 333.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 58.26 per cent at Rs 3.83 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.42 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 32.70 per cent to Rs 24.26 crore as against Rs 36.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.91 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 43.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.88 crore, while Taxation decreased by 31.22 per cent at Rs 6.19 crore (Sep'24 Rs 9.00 crore).
