The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.81 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 44.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.01 per cent at Rs 55.13 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 38.43 per cent to Rs 25.71 crore from Rs 41.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 2.11 per cent at Rs 2.32 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.37 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.32 per cent to Rs 29.42 crore as against Rs 27.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 35.40 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 125.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 43.10 per cent at Rs 3.96 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.96 crore).
