The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.35 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 411.59 per cent at Rs 3.53 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 416.13 per cent to Rs 3.20 crore from Rs 0.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 60.53 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 312.50 per cent to Rs 0.33 crore as against Rs 0.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.93 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 9.09 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
