The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.87 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 263.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 174.19 per cent at Rs 82.97 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 179.69 per cent to Rs 77.39 crore from Rs 27.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 141.94 per cent at Rs 0.75 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.31 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 114.62 per cent to Rs 5.58 crore as against Rs 2.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.56 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 39.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 277.42 per cent at Rs 1.17 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.31 crore).
