The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.86 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 36.25 per cent at Rs 54.35 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 40.15 per cent to Rs 45.03 crore from Rs 32.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 312.50 per cent at Rs 1.32 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.23 per cent to Rs 9.33 crore as against Rs 7.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.77 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 18.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.01 per cent at Rs 2.36 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.71 crore).
