The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.43 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 56.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.75 per cent at Rs 83.98 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 93.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.20 per cent to Rs 76.76 crore from Rs 86.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 94.88 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.44 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.08 per cent to Rs 7.21 crore as against Rs 6.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.99 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 121.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.51 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.68 per cent at Rs 1.66 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.76 crore).
