The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.30 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 48.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 45.33 per cent at Rs 44.85 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 49.38 per cent to Rs 35.94 crore from Rs 24.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 29.20 per cent at Rs 0.80 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 31.03 per cent to Rs 8.91 crore as against Rs 6.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.89 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 40.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.03 per cent at Rs 1.45 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.09 crore).
