The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.63 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.24 per cent at Rs 44.46 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 55.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 21.79 per cent to Rs 37.80 crore from Rs 48.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7.69 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.24 per cent to Rs 6.66 crore as against Rs 7.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.56 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 7.49 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.67 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.67 crore).
