The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.69 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.23 per cent at Rs 48.01 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.25 per cent to Rs 26.98 crore from Rs 28.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 23.21 per cent at Rs 3.21 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.10 per cent to Rs 21.03 crore as against Rs 19.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.38 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.24 per cent at Rs 5.64 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.89 crore).
