The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.98 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 41.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.75 per cent at Rs 23.82 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 82.56 per cent to Rs 20.72 crore from Rs 11.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 31.64 per cent at Rs 3.76 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 5.50 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 53.94 per cent to Rs 3.10 crore as against Rs 6.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 65.09 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 98.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 41.96 per cent at Rs 1.66 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.86 crore).
