The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 32.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 32.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.83 per cent at Rs 232.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 187.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.14 per cent to Rs 181.37 crore from Rs 144.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.91 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.37 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.42 per cent to Rs 51.28 crore as against Rs 42.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.59 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 122.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 104.47 per cent at Rs 10.98 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.37 crore).
