The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.24 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.82 per cent at Rs 26.85 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.67 per cent to Rs 22.70 crore from Rs 25.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 96.26 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.74 per cent to Rs 4.15 crore as against Rs 3.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 41.35 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 2.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 57.14 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.35 crore).
