The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.34 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.51 per cent at Rs 19.44 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.16 per cent to Rs 18.70 crore from Rs 18.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.64 per cent to Rs 0.74 crore as against Rs 0.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.21 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 31.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 81.82 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
