The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.59 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.51 per cent at Rs 55.91 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.17 per cent to Rs 49.70 crore from Rs 55.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 99.12 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 10.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 309.80 per cent to Rs 6.21 crore as against Rs -2.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 298.92 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 8.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.56 crore, while Taxation decreased by 63.29 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.58 crore).
