Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2025; and \r\n2. Took note of the Limited Review Report on Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2025 issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
