The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 152.70 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 136.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.60 per cent at Rs 1,553.40 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,737.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.24 per cent to Rs 1,348.10 crore from Rs 1,553.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 41.77 per cent at Rs 13.80 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 23.70 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.70 per cent to Rs 205.30 crore as against Rs 183.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 24.95 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 29.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.52 per cent at Rs 47.60 crore (Sep'24 Rs 53.80 crore).
