The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 15.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.80 per cent at Rs 197.60 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 209.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.16 per cent to Rs 172.41 crore from Rs 183.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.00 per cent at Rs 1.82 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.26 per cent to Rs 25.19 crore as against Rs 26.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.74 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 3.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.66 crore, while Taxation decreased by 2.97 per cent at Rs 4.90 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.05 crore).
