The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 55.28 per cent at Rs 59.80 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 38.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 56.71 per cent to Rs 51.23 crore from Rs 32.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 48.62 per cent at Rs 0.93 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 47.25 per cent to Rs 8.57 crore as against Rs 5.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.16 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 800.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore
