The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 32.87 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 91.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.15 per cent at Rs 427.39 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 414.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.31 per cent to Rs 384.49 crore from Rs 393.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 118.67 per cent at Rs 3.63 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.66 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 106.60 per cent to Rs 42.91 crore as against Rs 20.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 100.40 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 8.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.65 crore, while Taxation increased by 83.61 per cent at Rs 10.87 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.92 crore).
