The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.52 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.29 per cent at Rs 99.48 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 87.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.33 per cent to Rs 87.23 crore from Rs 73.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.08 per cent at Rs 2.37 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.91 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.03 per cent to Rs 12.25 crore as against Rs 13.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.60 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 16.61 per cent at Rs 2.61 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.13 crore).
