The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.00 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 468.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.85 per cent at Rs 355.33 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 304.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.62 per cent to Rs 303.91 crore from Rs 285.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.31 per cent at Rs 6.53 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 169.92 per cent to Rs 51.42 crore as against Rs 19.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 131.15 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 228.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.46 crore, while Taxation increased by 702.36 per cent at Rs 10.19 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.27 crore).
