The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 15.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 16.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.57 per cent at Rs 596.46 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 682.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.52 per cent to Rs 569.61 crore from Rs 651.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 6.39 per cent at Rs 4.54 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.85 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 13.64 per cent to Rs 26.85 crore as against Rs 31.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.32 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 42.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.74 per cent at Rs 4.45 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.41 crore).
