The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 107.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 86.47 per cent at Rs 58.14 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 84.09 per cent to Rs 51.49 crore from Rs 27.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 107.50 per cent to Rs 6.64 crore as against Rs 3.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.19 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 355.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.91 crore, while Taxation increased by 60.98 per cent at Rs 1.32 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.82 crore).
