The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 288.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.33 per cent at Rs 26.84 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.81 per cent to Rs 26.06 crore from Rs 30.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 51.69 per cent at Rs 1.35 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.89 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.00 per cent to Rs 0.78 crore as against Rs 0.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 21.85 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 29.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.52 crore
