The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 176.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 228.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 23.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.14 per cent at Rs 2,458.47 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,430.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.89 per cent to Rs 2,147.28 crore from Rs 2,047.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 38.88 per cent at Rs 23.47 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 16.90 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 18.84 per cent to Rs 311.19 crore as against Rs 383.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.72 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 7.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.81 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.46 per cent at Rs 58.68 crore (Sep'24 Rs 78.72 crore).
