The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.18 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.43 per cent at Rs 1,029.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 995.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.84 per cent to Rs 1,004.76 crore from Rs 977.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 20.75 per cent at Rs 10.96 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 13.83 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.78 per cent to Rs 24.88 crore as against Rs 18.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.81 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 6.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.81 crore, while Taxation increased by 22700.00 per cent at Rs 6.78 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.03 crore).
