The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 449.47 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 572.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.16 per cent at Rs 2,057.84 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,802.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.17 per cent to Rs 542.32 crore from Rs 536.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 91.25 per cent at Rs 1,033.26 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 540.27 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.66 per cent to Rs 1,515.52 crore as against Rs 1,266.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.82 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 142.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,874.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 80.12 per cent at Rs 59.66 crore (Sep'24 Rs 300.15 crore).
