The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 61.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 66.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.32 per cent at Rs 456.07 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 492.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.39 per cent to Rs 370.66 crore from Rs 395.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.85 per cent at Rs 14.20 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 14.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.16 per cent to Rs 85.41 crore as against Rs 96.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.15 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 57.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.79 per cent at Rs 20.94 crore (Sep'24 Rs 22.71 crore).
