The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 136.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 130.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.39 per cent at Rs 1,871.02 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,863.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.63 per cent to Rs 1,659.17 crore from Rs 1,648.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7.29 per cent at Rs 28.84 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 26.88 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.47 per cent to Rs 211.85 crore as against Rs 215.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.91 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 13.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.76 crore, while Taxation decreased by 23.38 per cent at Rs 47.45 crore (Sep'24 Rs 61.93 crore).
